A: No worries. All sessions are recorded. Free members can access them for 24–48 hours, and paid members get unlimited access to rewatch whenever they like.
A: Sessions are 90 minutes, once a week. The rest—like reading, homework, or chatting in the group—is totally at your pace. Many members pop in when they can and still experience big shifts.
A: The free plan offers real value—weekly sessions, daily inspiration, and group Q&A. It’s a great place to start. But if you’re ready for more personalized support and practical tools, the paid version will accelerate your growth.
Terms & Conditions
For monthly memberships you can cancel at any time via the payment settings in the membership. Just make sure to inform us that you would like to cancel 30 days prior to your next billing date in order to not be charged for the next billing period (month).
With annual memberships cancelling will stop your automatic renewal, however you will still have full access to the membership until the end of your 12-month period. There is a 30-day full refund policy on annual memberships for new members only minus the 1 month you’ve accessed ($7.99).
With both plans you cannot be refunded for months you have signed up for the membership and not logged in or made use of the content. There are no refunds provided for renewing annual or monthly plans. It’s down to you as a member to manage your subscription (via the payment settings in the membership) and cancel before your renewal date.

If you cancel a monthly membership you will no longer have access to the premium content of the membership. Annual membership cancellations will still have access to the premium content until the end of your 12-month period. All content remains copyright of Truecosmic.

A: New members if you pay monthly, then your first payment will be due after your 7-day free trial period i.e. on the 15th day. After that, you will be billed every month on the day that your first payment was taken (so for example if you signed up on the 8th you will be billed every 15th of the month). If you chose the yearly payment, you would make a one-time payment initially after your 7-day free trial and won’t have to pay anything for 12 months.
