All Things Are Possible To Your Subconscious Mind

Make Your Subconscious Mind Believe Anything is Possible

The biggest limit to what we can believe and, in turn, achieve,  is our mind. Our minds are like a blank canvas with unlimited potential. Nurture it well, and it can be our most powerful ally to help us get through anything and help us achieve unimaginable heights of success. It’s also very capable of pulling us down and becoming our worst enemy.

The Power of the Mind (Subconscious Mind)

All organs in the body are important, but the most essential of them all is the brain. The human brain not only makes up the most critical organ system in our bodies, but it is also the central command of all our thoughts, emotions, and behavior.

The mind-body connection is neither a myth nor a concept to be put on the sidelines. Without the mind, which is responsible for allowing any action, we can’t do anything sensible in our lives. But not everything in our mind is conscious thought.

Much of our brain activity is relegated to the subconscious. Even without our conscious knowledge, our brain is making sure that everything is in balance. More specifically, our subconscious mind powerfully drives our behavior, thoughts, habits, and our lives in general, more than we would like it to sometimes.

In Neville Goddard’s  book, Prayer, the Art of Believing, he talks extensively about the power and effectiveness of the subconscious mind:

The conscious mind reasons inductively from observation, experience and assumptions, and a change of assumption is a change of expression.

The subconscious reasons deductively and is never concerned with the truth or falsity of the premise, but proceeds on the assumption of the correctness of the premise and objectified results which are consistent with that premise.

When we understand the key role that our subconscious mind plays in our belief system and how it’s central to our actions, we can take the wheel and powerfully maneuver our lives. We must fully understand  the dual nature of consciousness if we are to become effective manifestors .

Allowing our subconscious mind to believe that anything is possible starts by examining our own current beliefs. We must then put in the work to positively turn any limiting beliefs we have into positivity.

Examine Your Current Beliefs – Are You Limiting Yourself?

Do you want to change something in your life? If you’re completely happy and content with the way things are, great. If there is room for improvement, then digging deep down into the holes we’ve created for ourselves takes work.

It is only through commitment and a willingness to change that we can change anything at all. But a conscious positive change and one that constitutes letting our subconscious minds believe that “anything is possible” requires pushing ourselves beyond our comfort zones. No change will ever feel comfortable in the beginning.

To change anything in our lives, particularly in areas where we feel limited, means we need to engage in some honest self-reflection.

Follow these steps to ensure your subconscious mind believes that anything is within reach, and so it becomes your powerful ally in making things possible.

Recognize Any Limiting Belief

It all starts with your beliefs. Is there anything holding you back? Do you feel dissatisfied and limited in any aspect of your life right now? What beliefs do you hold about yourself and the world around you that are limiting your potential?

Take stock of all your current beliefs and ask yourself the difficult questions: Is it true? Who told you so? Whose beliefs are you manifesting? For progress to take place, we have to let go of some things that no longer serve us as they should. Many times, they come in the form of a belief.

Another question that needs to be explored. Who are you really? If, for a moment, you could embrace the fact that your consciousness is the God of the universe, how empowered would you feel? If you could accept that you are the operant power and God of your experience, how liberating would that be?  If you could accept your true identity, then your possibilities would be endless.

Choose to Change Your Belief

Identifying an old belief is one thing; choosing to let it go is another. In some instances, we’re so emotionally attached to a limiting belief because it’s what we’ve known to be true all our lives, even if there is no factual evidence of it. Or, our belief is really only an opinion or viewpoint, not a fact. Comfort zones feel good, but they can also be very limiting.

Remember: It takes a conscious decision to change our minds and our lives, and remember all things are possible to the subconscious mind.

Replace Your Existing Belief with A Powerful and Positive One

Removing a belief that you’ve known to be true for the longest time might make you feel hollow. And so, you have to be ready to replace the belief you’re letting go with a powerful and positive one that will serve you better and won’t stifle your growth. You might need to reinforce your new belief with some evidence to make it more convincing. But stay positive, you’re getting there; you’re creating one that is good for you, and it’s going to do wonders in no time.

Stay Accountable

Establishing a new belief in your mind and removing an old limiting one is deep work. Limiting beliefs come from the subconscious mind, but they’re not impossible to remove and replace. Keep reinforcing the new positive belief in your mind consistently.

Repetition is key to ingraining something deep in your subconscious. Stay accountable to yourself by finding the means to measure your progress and celebrate your small wins. They go a long way in the process of change.

Michael Sutherland

Michael Sutherland is the founder of TrueCosmic and a devoted student and practitioner of Neville Goddard teachings. His path to this work was not academic — it was forged in crisis. Raised as a devout Jehovah Witness and Baptist, Michael walked away from the church at eighteen and spent the next 25 years in what scripture calls the far country — the prodigal son, wandering. He built a life by the world rules, searching without knowing what he was searching for. When the biggest crisis of his life arrived, he turned back — not to the church, but to scripture itself. Through Neville Goddard teachings he found what the church had never shown him: that the God of scripture is not an external being to be feared and appeased. God is your own awareness. Your own consciousness. Your own imagination. The I AM within. What he discovered was not a set of Neville Goddard principles — these are cosmic laws, written about not only in the Bible but across every ancient spiritual tradition the world over. The same truth, expressed in different language, in every age. The law of consciousness operates whether we are aware of it or not. We are manifesting constantly — the wanted and the unwanted alike. Understanding how this law works allows us to work with it consciously and intentionally, directing it toward the experiences we actually desire rather than the ones our unexamined assumptions are silently producing. In 2017, guided by two mentors — Dr Bruno R Cignacco and Roupa Jetto, a hypnotherapist and Buddhist practitioner — Michael had his first transcendent experience during deep meditation. In 2018 came something he could never have sought or engineered: what is described across traditions as a Kundalini awakening. A sound like rushing wind in both ears. An electrical current rising from the base of the spine, so intense it seemed impossible to survive. Every experience that followed — out of body states, movement along the spinal cord, sensations inside the skull — was documented in scripture, passage by passage, hidden in plain sight. This is not something that can be earned or manufactured. It is grace. According to scripture, it is every soul birthright — every one of us will experience this unfolding, in this lifetime or another. Michael does not share this to define himself above anyone else. He shares it because it confirmed, beyond any doubt, that what Neville Goddard taught is true — and because that confirmation is the foundation on which TrueCosmic was built. TrueCosmic today is home to the most comprehensive Neville Goddard library available online — 292 lectures — alongside an academy of courses, masterclasses and workshops, and 13 specialist coaches serving students across every continent. At its heart is a global community of over 92,000 members, all discovering what happens when you begin to work consciously with the law that was always operating anyway. The invitation is simple: become aware of the law. Understand how it works. And begin, deliberately, to use it.
