A great habit you can develop when manifesting anything you desire is to write a manifestation journal.
A manifestation journal is a very easy exercise that draws positive attention to your intent/goals whilst keeping it consistent, fun, and, most importantly, relaxing.
In the Law of Attraction, there are numerous exercises you can use to manifest your desires. Using a manifestation journal is just one of them.
If you want to learn more about how to use the Law of Attraction, I recommend that you check out Law of Attraction Code. It covers how energy works, along with a number of exercises and tools that can assist you.
So, how can we make a manifestation journal work for you? Let’s find out….
A manifestation journal is a book to log your positive ideas and write down your thoughts related to your goals.
How is a manifestation journal different from a regular journal? Keeping your thoughts on your manifestations in one place not only makes it easier for you to stay organized but also creates a mental trigger within your subconscious mind about what you are about to do.
The technique is based upon the Law of Attraction. By focusing on improving your energy, you naturally begin to build positive momentum toward your goals. As you do, your mental blocks or limiting beliefs gradually clear and you feel more inspired about taking action toward your aims. If you want to understand this in more detail, check out the Law of Attraction Code, which has a module on the use of a Law of Attraction journal.
Thinking From The End, the State of the Wish Fulfilled. (Written Visualizations)
Several techniques are available to write a manifestation journal. In this article, I will cover only one. This is the Neville Goddard exercise called Thinking From The End.
The idea is to visualise yourself as the person who has already accomplished the goal, then act and feel as that person. Write down as many details as you can about the perfect scene/vision of the goal you have achieved.
It’s important to have an act of celebration in your vision. In this case, it could be a handshake. You could write, in the first person, as many details as you can about the conversation.
To go even further, imagine yourself in the present tense (of having already achieved your goal). When you’re thinking that it’s in your reality NOW, this is the state of the wish fulfilled.

There is no “perfect” formula for keeping a manifestation journal. What’s more important is the action that you take every single day.
To make a habit of keeping a manifestation journal, create a routine around it. Little but often would be my recommendation, 10 minutes every day. It’s even better if you could choose a time to write, then stick to that time.
Choose how often and a time that allows you to fit the process into your schedule easily and comfortably. Practice, patience, and persistence are the key. If you are not consistent, this will diminish your results.
If you wish to hold the key to manifestation, why not sign up for the Key To Manifestation course? When you complete this course, you will be empowered with the knowledge to overcome any problem, manifest any desire, and fully enhance your life and the lives of those around you.
