15-minute hack for reprogramming the subconscious mind while sleeping

Many people around the world ask about reprogramming the subconscious mind while sleeping. They usually complain that it’s hard for them to sit still and keep their minds quiet. This difficulty is generally faced by students who are new to the idea of conscious imagining. Well! In his article, we’ll discuss all this. You will find a lot to learn here. Let’s begin…!

How to get into a state akin to sleep:

Those who try to do sessions, especially in the middle of the day, often find, at this time, that their minds are too active. Let me tell you a technique that I have been using for many years with great success and that has become an essential part of my everyday routine.

A well-known hypnotherapist, Betty Erickson, developed this technique. Milton Erickson was her father; she was a successful hypnotist herself. She usually recommended that her patients utilize this technique to improve their self-hypnosis sessions. I myself have used this process to rapidly get into a state akin to sleep.

If you find it hard to get into a state akin to sleep, this will work like a dream. But keep one thing in mind: More than methods or techniques, the thing that will make you successful is your commitment to practice.

It would be best if you practiced the tools which I am going to share here. To quiet your mind, you can use any of the induction techniques. Of course, when you practice an experiment or a method, you will come to know whether or not it’s best for you. My point of view is that when you practice something often, you can quickly reprogram the subconscious mind while sleeping.

Now let’s dive into the technique that Betty proposed.
The Betty Erickson 3-2-1 Technique
Betty Erickson proposed a method called the 3-2-1 technique. This method involves passing three different times through the things you feel, hear, and see. Through these methods, you can divert your attention from your thoughts; this sharpens and strengthens your visualization skills.

  • Sit or lie on a cozy bed or chair and begin seeing or noticing three things in the room, like a fan, the wall, and sunlight hitting the windows. Give each of them a little time (like around 15 seconds).
  • After that, pay attention to the things in the room that you can hear, like the chirping of a bird outside your window, the sound of your breath, or the sound of a clock ticking. Give everything a little time like you did before.
  • Next, concentrate on three things in the room that you can feel, such as the pressure of the chair on your back, the temperature of your room, or the clothes touching your skin.
  • The same process is repeated in the next step, but this time you must pay attention to only two things you hear, feel, and see. These things can be different or the same as the previous ones.
  • In the last step, keep your focus on only one thing you hear, feel, and see.
  • Now, go back to the top and repeat all the previous steps, but in this step, shut your eyes. Here you are, integrating imagination into the process.
  • When the final step is complete, you should be able to reprogram the subconscious mind while sleeping.

This is the best and most effective method. I recommend that everyone try this; you will surely get the best outcomes…!

Guided meditations:

Let’s look at an alternative method for reprogramming the subconscious mind while sleeping; it is Guided Meditations. I practiced this method and personally found it very effective. It would be best if you also tried it to get into your desired state.

Unfortunately, most guiding meditations are very common and do not support the particular task of fulfilling the state’s desire.

However, because many people have requested it, we have developed a guided meditation written mainly for reprogramming the subconscious mind while sleeping.

Final thoughts:

Whatever method you adopt, practice it consistently. Also, focus on the time of day you practice that method. We hope this article has helped you. If you need further assistance, let us know. We will try our best to help you.

Michael Sutherland

Michael Sutherland is the founder of TrueCosmic and a devoted student and practitioner of Neville Goddard teachings. His path to this work was not academic — it was forged in crisis. Raised as a devout Jehovah Witness and Baptist, Michael walked away from the church at eighteen and spent the next 25 years in what scripture calls the far country — the prodigal son, wandering. He built a life by the world rules, searching without knowing what he was searching for. When the biggest crisis of his life arrived, he turned back — not to the church, but to scripture itself. Through Neville Goddard teachings he found what the church had never shown him: that the God of scripture is not an external being to be feared and appeased. God is your own awareness. Your own consciousness. Your own imagination. The I AM within. What he discovered was not a set of Neville Goddard principles — these are cosmic laws, written about not only in the Bible but across every ancient spiritual tradition the world over. The same truth, expressed in different language, in every age. The law of consciousness operates whether we are aware of it or not. We are manifesting constantly — the wanted and the unwanted alike. Understanding how this law works allows us to work with it consciously and intentionally, directing it toward the experiences we actually desire rather than the ones our unexamined assumptions are silently producing. In 2017, guided by two mentors — Dr Bruno R Cignacco and Roupa Jetto, a hypnotherapist and Buddhist practitioner — Michael had his first transcendent experience during deep meditation. In 2018 came something he could never have sought or engineered: what is described across traditions as a Kundalini awakening. A sound like rushing wind in both ears. An electrical current rising from the base of the spine, so intense it seemed impossible to survive. Every experience that followed — out of body states, movement along the spinal cord, sensations inside the skull — was documented in scripture, passage by passage, hidden in plain sight. This is not something that can be earned or manufactured. It is grace. According to scripture, it is every soul birthright — every one of us will experience this unfolding, in this lifetime or another. Michael does not share this to define himself above anyone else. He shares it because it confirmed, beyond any doubt, that what Neville Goddard taught is true — and because that confirmation is the foundation on which TrueCosmic was built. TrueCosmic today is home to the most comprehensive Neville Goddard library available online — 292 lectures — alongside an academy of courses, masterclasses and workshops, and 13 specialist coaches serving students across every continent. At its heart is a global community of over 92,000 members, all discovering what happens when you begin to work consciously with the law that was always operating anyway. The invitation is simple: become aware of the law. Understand how it works. And begin, deliberately, to use it.
