Personal 1:1 Coaching package includes:
- A one hour phone call with you on day one. Let’s clarify your desires and challenges first!
- Based on our first consultation a full 7 days of coaching will be laid out specifically for you.
- Included is daily texting communication which will include exercises and training to fit your goals.
- On day 7 another one hour phone call to give added coaching so you can continue your goal achievement in the weeks/months following our 7 days together.
