- 4 x 30-minute calls, held weekly, calls via messenger
- Access to me via text messenger throughout the 4 weeks.
All bookings are binding, and we do not offer refunds on any of our coaching services. Part of the requirements to work with a coach is that you are fully ‘in’. Refund policies allow clients to maintain a one-foot-out-the-door energy, which will affect your commitment, and inevitably the outcome.

Once payment has been received your coach will be in contact with you to arrange a date and time for your package to begin.
