Today’s Success Story on Wells of Inspiration

</div><div>I have a friend by the name Martins. My first sense of closeness to him was looking up to him as a guide and mentor. </div><div>
</div><div>Then I disappointed that relationship by making decisions for myself which he personally and professionally disapproved. For a long time, he tried to correct me as a guide would think it’s his obligation to do. But I was adamant. Reactive to his feelings of nonconfidence in my choices, I impressed the idea of failure in my mind and I failed in the decisions I took, not one thing excepted. </div><div>
</div><div>Then part of my process of being completely reborn in 2022 was to assume that not only were we on good terms, but that he saw me as inspiring with the incredible successes I had. Mind you, this was all but a wish at the time. But I imagined it as though it were a fact. </div><div>
</div><div>I remember one vivid time when I did imagine it amongst many times my heart repeatedly assumed the feeling of being inspiring to many. It was after another common friend Dami had asked me to show him how our Father could make him rise to be an inspiration to all. I explained what to do, and after I dropped the call, I realised that would be the most healing feeling for my then rough experience with Martins. I suppose I had specifically sought to heal this relationship because I never chose myself a mentor until him, and because it was only days since I last was with him before Dami’s call. But I did it anyway. </div><div>
</div><div>So, I lie flat on my bed that Sunday afternoon and imagined it. I heard his voice telling me what an inspiration I am and how he’s delighted to see many inspired by me, himself included. </div><div>
</div><div>Eight months later as a new year arrived, he messaged me with a voice note. </div><div>
</div><div>I am listening to it again now as I’m writing this. He said and I transcribe,</div><div>
</div><div>”God is going to surround you with people that inspire you because you have been an inspiration to so many other persons. I really appreciate you and I welcome you to 2023.” </div><div>
</div><div>I remember that I felt such a great sense of delight over that relationship, not to mention that I no longer felt bound to impress him but to simply keep being the inspiring me to so many people. </div><div>
</div><div>That message came unexpectedly. So, I tell you. Imagine you are the wells of inspiration for so many and your friends know it.</div> -
