2. Hope and Promise: Rainbows are often visible after a storm; they are an inspiring reminder that even amidst life’s adversities and challenges there always the potential for rebirth and transformation. This is why the rainbow is such a powerful symbol for hope and optimism.

3. Bridge Between Worlds: Famously In Norse mythology, the rainbow is described as a burning bridge, Bifrost, that links Asgard, the home of the gods with Midgard, the Earth. Also, this symbolism can be found in many other spiritual traditions, where rainbows are seen as a bridge connecting heaven and earth, the material and spiritual realms. Throughout all traditions they serve as a reminder or the unity between the physical and metaphysical dimensions.
